As a student journalist for The Stanford Daily, I independently pitched, researched, and wrote a longform feature on Stanford’s transition to renewable energy and its goal of becoming 100% solar. I conducted in-depth interviews with university staff, sustainability experts, and solar industry professionals to provide a comprehensive look at the initiative. My reporting broke news that Stanford would be one of the first universities to make this transition, sparking broader discussion about sustainable energy on campus.
